at KIT University by tweaking its IP address,which has revealed a serious problem at KIT University.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>This is why IZUKA TAKESHI did not want my blog to be known to Cambodian students.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>There is a reason.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you graduate from university or work too much under the name of\u3000internship,it is difficult to get a status of residence\u3000with IT technology and university graduation in Japan and work at the same salary as the Japanese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>[It is doubtful whether\u00a0 Cambodian people with IT technology can get a status of residence in Japan]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>School sites, pamphlets, etc. say &#8220;Advanced IT&#8221;, but Cambodia is not included in the IT field qualifications officially approved by the Japanese government (as of January 23, 2020).<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Requirements for a Cambodian with IT technology to obtain a status of residence in Japan]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Graduated from university with a major in subjects related to technology or knowledge belonging to the field of natural sciences or humanities, or received the education equivalent to or above<\/p>\n<p>At least 10 years of practical experience (including a period of majoring in related subjects at a university, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Must pass or qualify information processing technology specified by the Japanese Minister of Justice in public notification.<\/p>\n<p>If you are unable to prove that you have the ability of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1, N2, you will not be able to work in a Japanese environment.<\/p>\n<p>Promising to obtain a status of residence in the future is in itself an improper promise. The university might promise as if graduates could work for Japanese companies even though it may be impossible.<\/p>\n<p>The status of residence for foreign nationals, &#8220;technology, humanities, and international affairs,&#8221; is certified after the application that is based on mutual agreement between the foreigner trying to work and the business office seeking employment is regarded as appropriate.\u00a0 Any form of intermediary between the two parties may be deemed to hinder a proper residency application. In this point of view, if a university promises to work for Cambodians in Japan, it will not be an inappropriate application for a status of residence.<\/p>\n<p>The status of residence is determined by a comprehensive examination by the Immigration Authority, which specifically permits you to reside in Japan. It is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Other unclear points]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The process of running a university by being sponsored by a Japanese company and hiring graduates to work for the company is a remodeling of the scheme of the sending organization for foreign technical intern training programs(migrant worker system of Japan) into a university version.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">In terms of immigration management, it can seem like an unjust agent for labor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to the report, only graduation from KIT does not enable students to get a status of residence with IT technology or university graduation qualifications in Japan, and cannot work at the same high salary as Japanese people.<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Everything IZUKA says is not correct.
